Meet Your Captain
Born and raised in West Michigan, Captain Ryan Bourdo has been navigating Lake Michigan’s waters and surrounding outdoor landscapes since childhood. In 2021, he turned a lifelong passion for fishing into a full-time profession, launching his charter business and quickly earning a reputation for his skill, patience, and deep knowledge of Lake Michigan salmon fishing.
When he’s not on the water guiding clients to trophy salmon and memorable catches, Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife, Colette, his dog, Blakley, and his family and friends. He’s a die-hard Detroit sports fan—especially the Lions—and enjoys golfing throughout the summer and bowhunting when fall arrives.
With over 35 years of tournament, recreational, and charter fishing experience, Captain Ryan brings unmatched dedication to every Lake Michigan fishing charter, ensuring each trip is safe, productive, and unforgettable for anglers of all experience levels.

Charters Offered
We can accommodate 1 to 6 guests. For larger groups, we utilize our neighboring charter
captains on multi-boat trips. Please see the “Charters/Rates” tab above for more details on

Crew
A large part of a successful charter is the help the captain has. We use highly qualified first
mates and captains that help ensure your experience on Lured In is nothing less than
amazing. A 25-30% tip is common for the first-mates hard work and help to ensure your
experience is amazing.
Boat & Gear
You will be aboard a highly desired 32’L x 12’W Rampage. With a heavy Carolina-flared hull,
Lured In provides a feeling of comfort and safety in rough waters and is powered by twin
350HP 454 Crusader engines. Lured In is also set up with state-of-the-art sonar, radar, and
electronics to ensure safety and precision for navigation and fishing. All fishing gear is
provided and of the upmost quality.
